This position requires expertise in hairstyling, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of personalized guest care.Key Responsibilities: Provide a range of hairstyling services, including cuts, color, styling, and extensions, to meet guest needs and preferences. Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer cutting-edge services. Create personalized looks that enhance guests' natural beauty and complement their style. Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their hair goals and preferences. Provide expert advice on suitable hairstyles and treatments. Maintain clear and open communication with guests throughout the service. Stay informed about high-end hair care products and retail offerings. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the salon area, tools, and equipment. Follow strict sanitation and disinfection protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment. Properly handle and dispose of all materials and chemicals used during services. Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the salon. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests leave with a positive impression. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally. Must be licensed with the state Cosmetology Board. 2 years professional spa experience preferred. Proven experience as a hairstylist in a luxury salon or spa environment. Strong knowledge of hair care products, treatments, and current industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
