SalaryThe Direct Support Professional is the face of the company in relationships with our clients. It is important that our care providers are personable, caring, honest, and professional in mirroring the esteemed image of the company.
- Provide care support services to members who have developmental or temporary disabilities at our group home.
- Transport members to social engagements or appointments.
- Provide motivational, positive and reassuring support to our dependent members.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience working in providing support services to people with disabilities.
- Current Fingerprint Clearance Card (REQUIRED)
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications (REQUIRED)
- Article 9 (REQUIRED)
- Direct Care Worker certification
- Prevention and Support (REQUIRED)
- Arizona Driver’s Licenses (REQUIRED)
Personnel Qualifications:
- 18 or older and have a valid/current driver’s license.
- Must have excellent writing, motivation and high support skills.
- Must be cheerful, personable, honest and have a natural/genuine interest in providing support to people in need.
- Must be able to obtain an Arizona level one fingerprint clearance card.
- Must pass a background check.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
