Job Description
An on-Call Caregiver is a professional who provides assistance and support to individuals who require care and assistance, typically in a home setting. The caregiver's primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of the person they are caring for. The term "on-call" implies that the caregiver is available and ready to provide care as needed, which could include irregular hours, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Personal Care:
pay:
- $20 per day 7 day period
- On call $14 per hour per case
Personal Care:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transferring, including using mobility aids and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not always required.
- CPR and First Aid certification may be necessary.
- Compassion, patience, and empathy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
