The On-boarding and Transition Associate's primary responsibilities are to manage the on-boarding activities of new affiliates to the firm. This includes the coordination of the onboarding checklists, management of the licensing paperwork and follow up of client transitions. The individual in this role must provide high touch relationship building experiences throughout the onboarding process and manage a smooth integration into working with the entire team for the new affiliate.
Candidates must strive to give excellent customer service, be organized, be able to manage their time and have a proactive and common sense approach each day. This individual must posses strong communication and listening skills and have a desire to learn from the team.
