The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Office of Legal Services (OLS) is seeking a permanent, full time Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to join the OLS team. The AGPA acts as a subject matter expert (SME) and a centralized administrator for OLS division-wide software systems, such as Relativity. The AGPA performs a broad range of electronic discovery (e-discovery) and complex litigation support duties for the OLS. The incumbent manages systems operations, supports program integrity efforts, develops and maintains business processes and reporting, collaborates with ETS on systems updates, provides administrative and technical support, develops user curriculum and training materials, and provides technical assistance and training. The incumbent also acts as a back-up and support resource for other OLS technology systems, such as ProLaw.
In this fast paced and dynamic environment, the incumbent acts independently to perform functions in support of office-wide technology systems. The incumbent will establish training curriculums, standardized policies and procedures, and support office-wide utilization efforts.

Working Conditions
This position is located in the heart of downtown Sacramento, at 1501 Capitol Avenue, within walking distance to the CA State Capitol Park, several restaurants, farmers markets, community events, and public transportation.
This position requires extensive use of a desktop/laptop computer, computer monitor, mouse, keyboard, and telephone throughout the day. Persons appointed to this position may be reasonably expected to be able to sit and/or stand for a long duration.
This position may participate in part time (office centered) telework in accordance with DHCS Telework Guidelines.
