SalaryRole Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Okta Access Management Application Developer to integrate applications from three different customers into a unified system using Okta. The candidate should have expertise in Okta, IAM, and application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration: Lead the integration of three customer applications into a single Okta system.
- Development: Create custom solutions to enhance Okta functionalities.
- Design: Implement secure, scalable IAM solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Security: Ensure integrations adhere to security best practices.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in application development and integration.
- Proven experience with Okta or similar IAM solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Okta Certified Professional.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
