Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with presales and sales to estimate Data Migration project scope

+ Work with customer and internal project teams to gather requirements and define Data Migration solution design

+ Create Data Migration mapping documentation and scripts

+ Execute Data Migration tasks as a part of a project team

+ Develop tools to improve Data Migration capabilities

+ Analyze and resolve any issues related to data mapping

+ Maintain a focus on customer success

Must Haves:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related focus and/or equivalent job experience

+ Working knowledge of insurance and/or annuity products

+ Minimum 5 years experience working with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) application

+ Experience with XML, SQL, relational database, and MS Office

+ Understanding of full project lifecycle, system design and development processes

+ Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills

+ Customer facing skills including written and oral communication, presentations, and ability to provide product demonstrations

+ Self-starter willing to take initiative to learn new things, ask questions, and participate in self-directed learning

+ Ability to develop strong, lasting relationships and work in a team environment

+ Mastery of the English language, both written and spoken

+ Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25%

Responsibilities

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
