We are a well-established oilfield service company looking to hire someone to join our Tri-State Field Operations Team. We service the Oil and Gas industry's acoustical & insulation needs. Starting pay is based on experience and is above the industry average. Once hired, there will be a 90-day review with the potential of an additional increase in pay based on performance. This is a general laborer position and will require working outdoors and minimal travel (approximately 10%).
An ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Team player with a positive work attitude and ethics.
- Work well with others and can take directions from supervisor.
- Commit to working overtime during peak customer demand periods.
- Perform all duties as assigned and in a safe manner.
- Familiar with operating equipment, including off-road forklifts, skid steer, and boom lifts.
- Assist crew leaders with various construction tasks.
- Must be physically able to lift to 50 lbs. or more regularly.
- Able to work in all weather conditions year-round.
- A valid Driver's License.
Experience:
- Oil & gas construction experience is a plus.
- Heavy equipment experience is a plus.
Pay: Depending on experience.
