Oil Field Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise field operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of field crews
- Provide guidance and support to field personnel, including training and development
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with project managers to develop work plans and schedules
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during field operations

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
-Supervisory and leadership experience -
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
