Oil Change and Tire Technician

Cooper Automotive, seeks to be a leading operator of retail automotive repair and Tire stores in the Southern Indiana and Louisville Metro area. We offer to our customers, replacement tires and Tire related services, automotive undercar repair services, vehicle accessories, and a broad range of routine maintenance services, primarily on passenger cars, light trucks, and vans. We plan to provide other products and services for brakes; mufflers and exhaust systems; and steering, drive train, suspension, and wheel alignment. Cooper Automotive operates as the best solution for vehicle owners, and have an intense customer focus. We are currently seeking an Oil change and Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tire service to our customers. If you have experience in vehicle maintenance, enjoy working with power and hand tools, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs

- Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires

- Inspect tires for wear and damage

- Complete Oil Changes and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks

- Use power tools and hand tools to perform tire service

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of tire service procedures and equipment

- Some Saturdays required

- Clean driving record required

- Pay based on experience.

- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in vehicle maintenance

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
