Oil Blender

TEXAS REFINERY CORP, a leader in the specialty lubricants industry for more than 101 years, is seeking an Oil Blender for our factory located in Mansfield, TX. TRC manufactures a line of superior lubricants and related items marketed to manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation and many other industries. Oil Blender Duties:

· Manufacture bulk oils.

· Operate blending machines and pumps.

· Accurately blend product in amount, sequence and timing as shown in written instructions.

· Accurately identify and record raw material part numbers or names.

· Execute batch records, procedures, and safe work practices.

· Ensure product and process effectiveness and purity.

· Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.

· Observe all safety, PPE, and quality procedures while completing required tasks.

· Report production and quality goals.

· Manage material inventory.

· Apply labels to containers as required to identify product/blends.

Oil Blender Requirements:

· High School diploma

· 1-2 years of OTC and personal care bulk manufacturing is desired

· 1-2 years oil/chemical blending is preferred.

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

· Must be able to work in positions that require overhead stretching, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and physically awkward positions.
