Job Description
The L&D Operational Nurse Manager oversees an Obstetrics-LDR Model with 10 Labor Beds, 3 Antepartum/Triage private rooms and a Mother/Baby Model with 19 Beds. Additional services include Maternal Family Education Program with Lactation Support, Bereavement, and Childbirth Education.
BSN required; prior Labor & Delivery and AT LEAST 5 years of RN experience required. Experience with EPIC EMR (Stork) strongly preferred.
Relocation assistance negotiable. Manager eligible for annual at-risk bonus payout of up to 12% of base annual salary (dependent on Genesis Balanced Scorecard performance).
