Office/Therapy Assistant (Part-time)

We are seeking a caring, adaptable, and friendly part-time Office/Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. This position will play a key role in supporting our office operations and assisting providers with patients throughout the day. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others. Great for someone looking to work a few days a week (day shift).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist during patient appointments, providing support as needed
• Prepare rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Sort, wash/dry, fold, and distribute laundry items according to procedures and schedules
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating strong communication skills and customer-centric approach
• Manage confidential information with discretion, adhering to privacy regulations and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality

Successful Candidate Will Possess:

• Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
• Ability to work with patients of all ages
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Scrub attire

Compensation: The target amount for this role is $10-$13/hour. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise.
