Blue Water Pool & Spa is looking for a Full-time Office/Retail Assistant to add to our team.
This position is for 5 days a week, with Tuesdays & Sundays off (We are flexible with days off, if needed). Fridays & Saturdays are mandatory as those are our busiest days. Hours are 9am-4pm in the off season and 9am-5pm in summer season (June, July, August).
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is a quick learner, has a positive attitude, professional, prompt, willing to take initiative to help co-workers when needed, mature, trustworthy and can handle stress well, as we do get a lot of high-volume calls in the busy season.
Job Duties:
-Filing, answering phones, take messages & relay any issues to the Operations Manager.
-Keep office clean, neat & organized. Vacuuming, dusting, stock shelving, clean windows, empty trash, check office supplies, etc.
-Taking inventory of retail items and keeping items stocked
-Retail chemicals and products
-Operate water testing station.
-Perform water test and print results.
-Sales of chemicals, spas, parts, and services.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $14.00/hour.
