Job Description
The Office/Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and business support services for the company’s management personnel. SPR currently has offices in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia. This role will be based out of the firm’s Denville, NJ office. SPR provides Design/Build Construction Management and Project Management services to all branches of the Federal Government in the United Stated and around the world. The candidate will assist management with preparation of highly detailed documents, business proposals, professional correspondence with government officials, contractual documents, and correspondence with vendor and service providers.
Ideal candidates must present a professional demeanor in person representing SPR, and through written and verbal communications. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details and data are critical.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed documents, track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
· Contact and follow up with contractors, clients, vendors.
· Develop and mange project, event, travel, and deadline calendars.
· Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.
· Assist with Project Management.
· Assist with marketing and technology.
· Provide administrative and business support for firm management.
· Overall office management of the New Jersey location.
Requirements:
· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team in various locations.
· Track, document, and update progress for each project and ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
· Highly detailed, organized, with particular attention to business documents.
· Professional, respectful demeanor, business acumen.
· Strong technical skills including MS Office, Adobe.
· Eagerness to learn, and willingness to pitch in however needed.
· 3-5 years of business, and administrative support experience.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Knowledge of Construction Management, procurement, experience corresponding with Federal Government agencies, and/or Project Management is desirable.
