We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. As an Office Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle order entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience in office management or related administrative roles is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Rosedale, MD 21237: Relocate before starting work (Required)
