We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our team. As an Office Worker, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-centric approach.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- In-take order information and prepare order documents.
- Input order information into computer system and print order documents.
- Proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Input and co-ordinate Order Shipping and or Pick-up information.
- Coordinate other office tasks to ensure timely completion
```Qualifications:```
- Previous office experience preferred
- Computer data entry skills, including typing and 10 key.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
