This position will provide administrative support to the Court Service Unit Director and staff. Ensures that the administration of policies and procedures are in accordance with Departmental requirements. Facilitates the mission of the Department through daily office management tasks and proper oral and written communication. Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following:
Comprehensive knowledge of office practices and procedures;
Considerable experience and knowledge of human resources;
Considerable experience and knowledge of financial processes and budgeting functions;
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft office software to include Word and Excel;
Ability to independently perform complex administrative and leadership responsibilities;
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of management, staff and agencies.
Ability to apply knowledge of administrative policies and procedures
