Job Description
As our Office Professional, you are out in front, interacting with clients and their families in our office during the check-in/check-out process as well as on the phone, scheduling and following up on accounts. You are a backbone, ensuring that the office is in good condition and ready to serve the next person who steps through the door.
Typical Hours/Schedule
Flexible Schedule
In-Office (remote or hybrid not currently available)
4 days per week
10-15 hours per week
1 Evening a week
Basic Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining strict confidentiality for our clients
- Make and receive calls related to client scheduling and accounts
- Create and maintain private files
- Conduct basic facility duties to maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere
Desired Qualifications
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment: PC, Printer, Phone System
- Experience in an office environment that values and requires confidentiality for our clients and their families

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
