Office Manager - Bilingual Preferred

Job Summary:

The Medical Office Manager coordinates and directs the clinical, operational, and program activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure the delivery of patient centered quality care for Sandhills Medical Foundation, Inc. patients.

Responsibilities:

  • This person will directly supervise front desk staff including orientation, training, and performance management.
  • Responsible for coordinating maintenance of assigned facility.
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing and that attendance and work hours are accurately recorded in time keeping system.
  • Additionally, this person will provide outstanding service by assuming responsibility for the overall patient experience at designated site.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a medical office setting.
  • History of leadership training
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to plan, organize, site goals, & objectives.
  • Reviews patient flow from beginning to end of clinical experience,
  • Handles stressful situations with ease and maintains a professional demeanor.
  • Must have good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Must Speak Fluent Spanish.
  • Ensures that the mission, goals, & objectives are clearly communicated to the staff.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
