Office General Manager

Gurr Brothers is a national reconstruction, restoration, and roofing company with a location planted in Oak Park, MI. We are in search for an experienced General Manager to join our ever growing family.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the organization

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals

- Coordinate and supervise staff members across different departments

- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources

- Monitor and evaluate performance of employees

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Create and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts

- Plan and execute events and initiatives

- Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling

- Experience as an office clerk or in office management

- Knowledge of event planning and coordination

- Budgeting skills to effectively manage financial resources

- Familiarity with medical office management practices (preferred)

- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and stakeholders

- Ability to lead a team and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
