```Duties```
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the office space
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and windowsills
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors
- Clean and maintain common areas such as break rooms and conference rooms
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred

- Has own transpertation
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment, including buffing machines
- Ability to perform floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement and minor repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as required for the job
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
