Office Associate - Part Time
FUNCTION/POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Office Associate position will be responsible for responding to customer service inquiries, electronic filing, handling mail, processing supply orders & assisting other personnel. This is a part-time position located in our Corporate Office with flexible days (Monday – Friday) and hours worked.
The essential functions of an Office Associate include but are not limited to:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Provide customer service for inbound phone calls
- Respond to customer service e-mails
- Process gift card orders
- Electronically file paperwork from stores
- Order, distribute & fill supply orders
- Sort and deliver incoming mail & packages
- Meter outgoing mail & process packages for return
- Assist accounting staff with various tasks
- Other projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office programs including Excel, Word & Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills
- High degree of confidentiality related to company financial information
- Able to work independently and to plan, organize and prioritize work
- Frequent sitting in standard office environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
