Office Assistant
The established, privately owned company conducting business in the Denver area for over 40 years is looking for an Office Assistant with Order Entry, Shipping and Receiving, and Incoming Phone Call experience in all aspects of a small office environment.
Position Requirements -
- Order entry experience with advanced computer skills including proficiency in.
o QuickBooks.
o Microsoft Office; Excel, Word,
o Outlook.
- The ability to work effectively in a small team environment with limited supervision is required. Must be self-motivated.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with a “can do” attitude.
- Must manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Position Summary -
This position is responsible for the day-to-day business of Order Entry and order follow-up. Shipping & Receiving support, and primary incoming phone call responsibilities.
- The processing and posting of all incoming Sales Orders and Factory Purchase Orders into QuickBooks, including price quotes, as well as order follow-up, expediting, and tracking.
- This position supports incoming and outgoing orders and shipments.
Additional responsibilities include office and warehouse supply ordering, assisting other staff as needed, backup accounting functions, filing, and general office duties.
Full-Time Position – Available Immediately.
Office Hours – M-F, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
