The Role
As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Ordering supplies (Staples, business cards, etc.)
- Monitoring kitchen (supplies, food, cleanliness)
- Answering phones
- Collating client documents
- Coordinating with vendors (landlord, IT, phones, etc.)
- Scanning and filing
- Updating internal information portals (SalesForce, Trainual)
- Taking notes in meetings (internal and virtual)
- Sending and receiving mail (COBRA, copies, etc.)
- Coordinating events (at clients and internally)
- Scheduling meetings (new hires, Medicare, carriers)
Qualifications
- Experience in an office setting
- You have a passion for helping and working with people
- You have superb written and verbal communication skills
- You are highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
- You have very high attention to detail and are confident in your data entry accuracy
- You feel confident using technology and are willing to learn new programs

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
