We are looking for an Office Assistant for our Client, a Multifamily properties and Commercial investment real estate, located in Massapequa, NY.
This is temp-to-perm job, could start as a part-time on a temp side and when converted to the permanent becomes a full-time, Monday-Friday, 9a-5pm.
In this role you will be responsible foravariety of office support tasks.
The ideal candidate would have relevant administrative experience and proficiency with office equipment and MSOffice Suite.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Organize office and assist with daily administrative tasks
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
