Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Sedona Staffing Services is immediately hiring for an Office Assistant to work Part-Time at one of our amazing client companies!

Work Hours: 

Monday-Thursday, 7 AM to Noon with the ability to work more than 20 hours if needed

Social Media Manager:

• Use social media to maintain company brand
• Research social media trends
• Work with marketing and management to set goals

General receptionist duties:

• Answer phone
• Take messages
• Acknowledge and greet guest

General office duties:

• Filing
• Maintain office supplies
• Sort mail
• Make money deposits
• Run errands
• Keep office orderly and clean

Assist Office Manager with the following:

• Human Resources

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Relievable

• Payroll

Must be familiar with Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
