The Role:
As our Office Assistant, you'll be the glue that holds our office together (figuratively, of course). From greeting guests with a warm welcome to tackling the never-ending to-do list, you'll be our behind-the-scenes hero, making sure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Keep our office looking spick and span, because nobody likes working in a mess (except maybe Oscar the Grouch).
• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and wrangling the occasional stray cat (just kidding, but hey, you never know).
• Be the friendly face that greets visitors and answers phone calls with grace and charm.
• Help out with basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and making sure the office plants get their daily dose of sunshine.
• Jump in wherever needed, because in our office, teamwork makes the dream work!
• Assist with basic marketing & socials.
• Attend Networking events, be the face of our business, connect with local business owners.
• Occasional travel for conferences & expo's
