Office Assistant
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with office management duties including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic computer skills including Microsoft office and internet navigation.
