Office Assistant

Hi Tech Refinishing, is a family owned business that does work for rental communities, investors, and home owners. We refinish tubs, counters, vanities, cabinets and more.

We are seeking an administrative assistant that has previous experience working in a busy office environment that can perform the following responsibilities;

· Provide support to office staff and technicians to ensure efficient operations.

· Answer phone calls, address emails and text messages.

· Data entry, filing

· Learn computer programs, and all Microsoft office skills.

· Problem solving

· Exhibits polite and professional communication in a timely manor.

· Attention to detail, team mentality, and positive attitude.

· Adaptable and flexible

· invoicing, quick books

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
