JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect products returned by customers
- Fold and pack products in good condition and add back into inventory
- Enter data on processed items for billing adjustments
- Get packaged items ready to ship to warehouse
- Proactively manage office supplies as instructed
- Report to manager weekly as per procedure
- Attend all department meetings.
- Follow all company policies, directives, and procedure
- Perform any other duties as required.
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
Efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of processing returns and all required paperwork.
Maintain a positive attitude, punctuality and a pleasant demeanor at work.
- High School Diploma.
- 1-2 years' related office experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management expertise.
- Strong concentration skills for data-input and maintaining accuracy of information.
- Neatness in all aspects of required work.
- Ability to meet deadlines and detail oriented
- Basic computer literacy
Part time: 16 - 24 hours per week (M, W, F)
