JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect products returned by customers
• Fold and pack products in good condition and add back into inventory
• Enter data on processed items for billing adjustments
• Get packaged items ready to ship to warehouse
• Proactively manage office supplies as instructed
• Report to manager weekly as per procedure
• Attend all department meetings.
• Follow all company policies, directives, and procedure
• Perform any other duties as required.

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

Efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of processing returns and all required paperwork.

Maintain a positive attitude, punctuality and a pleasant demeanor at work.

• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years' related office experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management expertise.
• Strong concentration skills for data-input and maintaining accuracy of information.
• Neatness in all aspects of required work.
• Ability to meet deadlines and detail oriented
• Basic computer literacy

Part time: 16 - 24 hours per week (M, W, F)
