We are looking for open-minded, highly motivated, and infectiously positive people to help us build an awesome new company for the insurance world.
Your day will consist of providing administrative support to our organization by planning and coordinating office-wide processes such as facilities maintenance, event setup and execution, and other special projects. You will monitor inventory, place orders for supplies, and keep the office stocked. You will process mail, employee expense reports, or other various company reports. You may act as a backup for reception or assist in HR activities such as employee onboarding, interview coordination, or other special projects. You will address day-to-day problems and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain solutions.
What you'll do...
Mail Processing: get, sort, and process the mail
Order and Stock Office Supplies: This includes groceries for the Healthy Snack Bar
Support the Exceptional Experience program by ordering, shipping, and tracking Surprise & Delight gifts employees request to send to clients
Update Company Cascade Slides for our Monday Morning company meetings
Apply for and Manage Company Awards and Nomination Submissions
Coordinate and plan meetings for the company and executive team
Support executives with expense reports or various special projects

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
High School Degree or equivalent
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Ability to multitask, strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
Work Location:
This role requires on-site work in our Fayetteville office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
There is flexibility to work some weekly hours remotely
