La Prima Espresso Co in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for an Office Administration person to join our team. Our roaster and office are located in the North Side and we have 4 retail stores as well. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. This is a part-time position with PTO and 401k options. Responsibilities * Customer Service - daily call sheets, managing accounts, product knowledge * Maintain a positive and efficient working environment * Greet and assist customers and clients * Billing and Receiving - invoicing, accounts receivable, deposits and payments received * Creating invoices. packaging coffee, and fulfilling orders Qualifications * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively * Great written and verbal communication skills * High attention to detail * Familiarity with computer systems and software (Excel and Quick Books particularly helpful) * Ability to multi-task and problem solve We are looking forward to receiving your application. Thank you. Our roaster is a 7:30 to 4 schedule and this position will have flexible hours to cater to each of our needs. Ideally, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays work best for us.
