Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturer in Milwaukee, WI with their search for an Office/Accounting Assistant. This is a contract position, estimated to last 3-4 months in duration. The role will be 100% onsite, with flexibility to accommodate a full-time (40 hours, preferred) or part-time (20+ hours) schedule. Compensation was estimated at $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phone calls
- Entering customer purchase orders
- Data Entry
- Assisting with shipment coordination
- Assisting with accounting items (preferred)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years of relevant professional office experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent required
