OEM Marketing Manager
We are looking for a creative thinker with analytic and problem-solving capabilities, who can transform complex needs and solutions into simple differentiated messages. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be the team’s leading customer and product evangelist and play an integral role in organizing product launches and promotion partnership campaigns.
As the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end process of product marketing, from ideation and market research, to communication design, and finally, sales enablement. Your strategic insights and diligent execution will help establish our brand as a preferred partner for OEMs, driving market growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional, with a deep understanding of the OEM landscape, and a proven track record of delivering results.
In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that increase brand awareness and drive demand. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success. In addition to the marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product, sales and program managers which requires diplomatic skills to balance needs, expectations, and priorities.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives, targets OEMs and drives lead generation.
- Lead market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs for OEM products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product positioning and messaging for different segments of the OEM market.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, such as email campaigns, social media, website, and events.
- Manage the end-to-end process of product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch activities.
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the OEM industry.
- Product Marketing certified through a reputable organization.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of OEM sales processes and channels is desirable.
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office or Smartsheet.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
