What will you have the opportunity to do?

You will be responsible for providing the highest-level customer experience through the processing of ocean shipments on the export team. You will perform day-to-day coordination of tracking of Ocean Export shipments, schedule and arrange pickups, and book space with air carriers completing air-related documentation, including airway bills, pick-up orders, and manifests.

What do we need from you?

• international export experience in the freight forwarding industry including an understanding of US Customs, TSA, and CTPAT regulations.
• Experience in multimodal international logistics (Air/Ocean freight).
• Knowledge of: FMC, IMCO, ITAR, TSA, C-TPAT, HAZMAT, US Customs Border Protection (CBP).
• Functional knowledge of international regulations and compliance procedures in air/ocean freight.
• Proven track record of building relationships and gaining credibility with customers and
• Excels in meeting deadlines and demonstrates superior time management.
• Highly motivated team player with an outgoing and positive work attitude.
• Extremely well organized and detail-oriented; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of international and domestic geography, including countries & major cities.
• Ability to deal with a fast-paced entrepreneurial.
