Title: Occupational Therapist
Type of Position: Full Time M-TH (4 Day School Week)
Education Requirement: Bachelor's Experience Requirement: 1-2 Years
Annual Salary: $70,000 - $95,000
Description & Details: Mt. Evans BOCES is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the 2024-2025 School Year to provide direct and consultative services to children in all grades (K - 12) who are identified as having disabilities. Providing services for Clear Creek and Gilpin School Districts. This is a full-time position with benefits. Both districts operate on a 4-day week M-TH.
Responsibilities:
? Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team to assess, write IEPs and provide services for students with disabilities who require OT as a related service.
? Complete required documentation including IEPs, progress reports and billing Medicaid.
? Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: 1. Bachelor' Degree and Licensing in Occupational Therapy Special Services, as required by the Colorado Department of Education. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Work effectively as a team member. 4. Good organizational skills.
Experience:
? Experience working in school systems preferred.
