Job Description
Plans, organizes and conducts medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to facilitate/restore functional independence in all patient populations. Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants, Rehab Techs and OT/OTA students. Works independently; seeks supervision when necessary.
Requirements:

• Degree and graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Missouri license in Occupational Therapy
• Verbal and written communication skills required to discuss and document treatment programs and work issues
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with correct body mechanics to physically manage/assist patients
• Requires the physical ability to teach and demonstrate locomotor skills, high level coordination and gross / fine motor skills, etc.
• Must maintain certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support for continued employment.
