NovaCare Kids is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for our outpatient pediatric center in Kalamazoo. This is a PRN position with potential for growth. We have additional Occupational Therapists on staff. We have multi-disciplinary teams in both clinics with PT and SLP services also offered. This is a dedicated outpatient pediatric center open 8am until 6pm Monday through Thurday and 8am-4pm on Fridays.  

 

You MUST have pediatric experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications to patients and customers.
• Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

 

Qualifications

Qualification:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
• National and state licensure or registration REQUIRED to start.
• Valid driver's license.
