Therafit Rehab in Westminster, MD is looking for a skilled, motivated, competent, likable, FUN, creative, and passionate Occupational Therapistto join our multidisciplinary team full-time offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
We serve people of all ages with disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Pediatrics, as well as other conditions such as balance, vertigo, ortho conditions, and much more.
Please note, that we do serve pediatrics at this location consisting of about 10% of the population (mentoring available, pediatrics NOT required to treat if not desired).

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (Neuro):
- One-on-one treatments (giving you the ability to really serve your patients)
- Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients
- Work closely with other disciplines including OT and SLP, as well as overseeing a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure a consistent level of care
- Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations
- Evaluate and report on patients' progress
- Meet with new patients and give them tours of our facility and/or free screens
- Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
- Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid state Physical Therapist license
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification
