Compensation ranging from:

$91,000 to $154,000 annually for full time (25-35 visits per week)

$37,000-$88,000 for Part Time (10-20 visits per week)

OT Pediatric and Adult Job Qualifications:

• Develops skilled and high quality care plans that meet the needs of the patient and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results; creating and implementing occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Assists pediatric and adult patients in the areas of physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, Activities of daily living, and development that improves their level of independence.
• A current Colorado Occupational Therapist License in good standing.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
• Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
• Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.

Pay: $70 - $85 per Routine Visit

***Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and patient caseload.***

Sign on bonus: $2000/Full time - $1000/Part time (Terms and conditions apply)
