Occupational Therapist (Ot) - Home Health

Currently, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist who would like to combine their love for people and strong work ethic with the opportunity to advance your career.

 

As an Occupational Therapist with Healthy Living at Home, you will provide occupational therapy assessment, services, direction, and care to patients in your region. You will evaluate the patient's home environment and functional status, and participate in the development of the total plan of care.

The compensation model is pay per visit.

To be successful in this role you will:

-Develop a treatment program and establish goals for patients improved function

-Teach patients new skills or re-train patients in once familiar daily activities that have been lost due to illness or injury, in accordance with organization policy

-Maintain and submit appropriate clinical records, notes, and reports to the physician regarding any changes in the patient's condition

$40 - $45 an hour
