Role Overview:
As a passionate Occupational Therapist at our facility, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and making a genuine difference in our patients' lives. Your expertise will guide them through their rehabilitation journey, focusing on enhancing their medical and functional capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans under the physician's guidance, setting realistic goals tailored to each patient's unique abilities and aspirations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $37-45 per hour.

Essential Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Valid state Occupational Therapist license.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Six months of experience in a long-term care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for therapy referrals, focusing on optimizing patients' functionality and skills.
- Devise and execute tailored treatment plans, maintaining diligent documentation and communication with patients, families, and other professionals.
- Mentor and oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Aides, fostering their professional growth.
- Play an integral role in interdisciplinary team collaborations, contributing to patient care, case management, and facility meetings.
- Ensure consistent, punctual attendance to meet the needs of our patients and team.
Other Duties:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in line with physician orders.
- Continually assess, plan, and adapt therapy interventions to achieve set goals.
