Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs and goals.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic success.
Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
Active Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure.
Previous experience working in a school setting preferred but not required.
Strong munication and collaboration skills.
passion and patience in working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the individual needs of each student.
