EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Professional clinical experience not required. One year experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist is preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Licensure by the Texas Executive Council of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners as an Occupational Therapist is required. Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc is preferred. Must have current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider card.
