Occupational Therapist - Homecare

Job Description:
Position will be working under Homecare department and requires driving to patient homes in personal vehicle.
Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapy certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy
- One year experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health or outpatient setting.
- Eligible to be insured under the Medical Health s Liability Policy with DMV Report (and minimum age 21)
- Proof of current auto insurance coverage (no business exclusion)
Licensing Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapy certification
- CPR Certification
