About the role

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with our client, you will play a pivotal role in assisting patients on their journey to recovery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans to facilitate patient rehabilitation.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as exercise and prosthetic/orthotic devices.

• Communicating patient progress and challenges to the interdisciplinary team.

• Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

• Participating in marketing efforts and professional development activities.

Must-Haves

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License.

• Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation.

• Openness to working with new graduates.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Minimum six months of occupational therapy experience preferred.

• Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in Arizona.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
