About the role
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with our client, you will play a pivotal role in assisting patients on their journey to recovery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs.
- Developing personalized treatment plans to facilitate patient rehabilitation.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions such as exercise and prosthetic/orthotic devices.
- Communicating patient progress and challenges to the interdisciplinary team.
- Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Participating in marketing efforts and professional development activities.
Must-Haves
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License.
- Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation.
- Openness to working with new graduates.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Minimum six months of occupational therapy experience preferred.
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in Arizona.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
