Position Overview:
As a Contract Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Soliant, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists to implement therapy programs, provide hands-on care, and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. This contract position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team in various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists. Assist in evaluating patients' conditions and developing customized treatment plans.
Therapy Implementation: Administer prescribed therapy techniques, exercises, and activities to improve patients' physical and cognitive abilities, mobility, and functional skills.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluations, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and to adapt treatment plans as needed.
Education: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and home programs to facilitate continued progress.
pliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing occupational therapy practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado.
- Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

Contract Details:
- Contract duration: Full Time
- Hours: 35-40 per week
- pensation: petitive hourly rate
