Job Description
- Actively engage patients in direct care through group and individual treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to deliver comprehensive OT services.
- Complete essential documentation, including Treatment Plans and Progress Notes.
- Conduct Rehab Screens, order/gather supplies, and escort patients to treatment areas.
- Graduate of an approved Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- NBCOT COTA certification and current Washington State license.
- 18 months experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant 1 or equivalent.
- Desired: Ability to assess, plan, provide, analyze, and grade programs/treatments under an OT's direction, experience with psychosocial educational groups, knowledge of medication education, relapse prevention, and familiarity with electronic medical records.
- Additional 5% premium pay for on-site work at least three days a week.
