Responsibilities:
- Assess patient's safety and functional performance needs in their home environment post surgery or other health incident in accordance to Dr's order.
- Create Plan of Care for patient's with various diagnosis (ortho, neuro, etc.) and effectively communicate treatments needs with COTA.
- Use a variety of evidence -based methods to improve a person's functional mobility, safety, and independence to perform daily living activities.
- Explain the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment to patient and family.
- Educate patient and family on home safety techniques
- Complete online documentation
- Supervise COTA

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
